Privacy Policy

1. Privacy summary

HappyBloom does not provide account sign-in, chat, public user content, location features, or cloud game saves.

2. Local game data

The app stores Garden slots, plant stages, the next eligible care time, seed inventory, collection, achievements, Sprout Points, Copper Coins, reward claims, and display settings on the device. This restores gameplay and prevents duplicate rewards. Removing the app normally removes ordinary app-container data; cloud sync and cross-device recovery are not currently provided.

3. Analytics, advertising, and remote policy

Firebase Analytics

When enabled in a released build, Firebase Analytics may receive limited feature events such as app launch, screen views, garden actions, plant stages, collection or achievement events, version-policy presentations, and advertising outcomes. Events use fixed names and product identifiers and exclude free text, garden names, account data, and precise location. If analytics is unavailable, the app falls back to a no-op path.

Google AdMob, UMP, and ATT

A released build may use Google AdMob for banners and user-initiated rewarded ads, with Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) for regional advertising consent. iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT) may present the system prompt when applicable. Under their policies, providers may process advertising data, product interaction, device identifiers, coarse location, diagnostics, and performance data. Declining does not disable the garden.

Only a completed and verified rewarded-ad result with a unique source event identifier can grant one Copper Coin. Banner impressions or clicks, dismissal, failure, and duplicate events grant no reward.

AppManager / AppXi

When remote policy is configured, the app sends its app identity, bundle identifier, platform, version, and TestFlight state to obtain minimum/latest version, maintenance, disabled state, announcements, feature availability, and ad switches. Tokens, signing keys, and raw provider payloads are not shown in the public interface. Safe defaults keep the garden available when the service is unavailable.

4. Support messages

If you choose to use the MPP Apps message form, we retain the name, email, product, category, message, language, and creation time you provide to handle and reply to the request. A temporary one-way rate-limit hash derived from IP and browser information helps reduce abuse; raw IP and browser identifiers are not stored in the message table.

5. Retention, deletion, and your choices

• Use Manage Ad Privacy in app Settings and manage tracking permission in iOS Settings.
• Core gameplay remains usable without allowing advertising tracking.
• Removing the app deletes ordinary local game data in the app container; cloud backup is not currently provided.
• Use the message link below for privacy or deletion questions.

6. Contact

Choose MPP Apps in the message form and begin the message with HappyBloom. Do not provide passwords, verification codes, advertising identifiers, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
